Objecthood is a series of works that center around objects and design. I work across all media in this exploration, from graphite illustration to tactile wool knit garments. The objects that interest me are largely man made-some made by me and some made by complete strangers. Objects hold memories and often and ultimataley outlive us, people. We are temporary and objects are more permanent vessels that represent us and exist for us. Every decision choice is made with intent. Its super fascinating. Everything in our enviornment is a sum of a collective groups ideas and designs. We are born into an environment that existed before us and will continue to exist without us.
